Hans turned the ripe old age of 28 on the 2nd, and boy did we have a fun-filled weekend to celebrate! (Though all I got him for his birthday was a gallon of sweet tea from Chick-fil-A. We also put down some extra money on our 2nd mortgage…boy, I’m kind of pathetic).
On his birthday, his Dad took us all to the Air Force v. Navy football game! What a great time…though it was PACKED and traffic was awful, the boys had a blast!Let’s go Air Force!
The next morning we took it easy and ditched church…the boys were getting over colds and I didn’t want to be “that mom” who brought her sick kids to Sunday School.
We decided to get out and enjoy the beautiful day and the fall colors and took at a hike at Roxborough State Park…Lovely.
For some reason I like this picture even though Reily was being grumpy…
But he got over being grumpy when we saw a bunch of deer up close!
We also took at tour of Perse Place…
And that night we went to White Fence Farm with Grandpa and Grandma! The boys love the petting zoo…
No, Isaac…that one’s not real!
Tractor! Tractor!
Isaac with Grandpa Lee and Grandma Ellen.
Riding the carousel horse…this picture was taken about 1 second before they both fell off the horse. Sigh.
You can’t see us all very well, but it’s our only group shot of the evening…
The boys love White Fence Farm…we’ll be back again soon, I’m sure!
