Women’s Retreat

A few weekends ago I went up to Estes Park for our denomination’s Women’s Retreat…we had a lot of fun and a great group of ladies!

The weekend was great…except for returning home at 11 PM on Saturday night and getting a call from Hans saying that they spent the night in the Emergency Room because Isaac had fallen 4 feet off some playground equipment and fell straight on his head…luckily Isaac is fine, but they wanted to make sure since he screamed for 20 minutes and then he started falling asleep…I’m so thankful for God’s protection over my babies!  And though I was livid at Hans for not calling me when it happened, hopefully we won’t have any more trips to the ER that require testing whether or not Dad will call Mom when something bad happens!
