On Saturday my friend Kim asked me to go to a children's consignment sale with her, and of course, I said yes...but it ended up really being a surprise baby shower! I was totally blown away and wasn't expecting anything, and I couldn't believe no one let it slip--especially Hans! It was so fun to celebrate this little baby with my family and close friends...but I don't think the shock wore off until afterwards!
You can tell I truly had no idea because I barely brushed my hair and had hardly any makeup on...and didn't even wear a maternity shirt, so my belly was hanging out! Ugh! :) That's the beauty of a true surprise, I guess...here's a pic of me and the mastermind, Kim.

Yay! That's so much fun! Wish I could have been there! Ha, I know what you mean about not being dressed for the occasion...my co-workers did a bridal shower for me one Saturday (6 years ago, can you believe it?!), and I totally didn't know...so yeah, I was not dressed how I would have liked to be for pictures!
