Two years ago (plus a few weeks, but who’s counting??) our precious Isaac Anders joined our family…looking at these two pictures, it’s hard to believe it’s the same little boy!

To continue my tradition of decorating their favorite cake, we did Thomas the Train for Isaac…Reily also enjoyed trains at his second birthday, and more than anything I wanted to avoid The Great Train Cake Disaster of 2009: (http://hansandlisa.blogspot.com/2009/08/reilys-2nd-birthday-party.html). So…I avoided the 3D cake all together and just stuck with Thomas!
I think he turned out pretty cute! :)
Isaac, dressed in his Thomas gear, promptly threw a fit to prove he was a 2 year old…
We enjoyed spending time with all of our friends and family! Isn’t this the cutest picture of the boys and cousin Cameron??
We got lazy and had Qdoba cater…and it was delicious and relaxing!! :)

Family photo…I’m really excited for the time when Isaac grows out of giving his “I’m in pain!” look when we tell him to smile for the camera! lol…
Isaac thoroughly enjoyed the wrapping paper…waaaaaay more than the presents! Luckily Reily was there to open all of the presents for him…hmmm…
