Happy Halloween!

Happy Halloween! We've had a loooong day! It's 8 PM and Reily has been in bed for about 30 minutes. The trick-or-treaters are still coming strong...we've probably had between 75 and 100 kids so far!! (We are very close to running out of candy, and I bought a TON, plus Ellen brought some, and we've given away all the candy Reily got today and tonight! Plus, we've cleared out the candy we had in the pantry!! Sheesh!)

We started the day by welcoming Hans home around 11 AM! Yay for Daddy coming home early! Later we went to downtown Castle Rock where they had a Trick or Treat and Halloween Street. We were able to go to all of the businesses and get candy from them. It was a lot of fun! Here's a photo of the Halloween Parade and costume contest...

Here's Reily going in front of the judges. There were 47 contestants in the 0-2 year old range. Needless to say, some of these parents have way too much time on their hands and came up with some very outrageous and creative ideas. I guess I'll have to step it up next year...nah!
