Happy New Year!

Happy New Year! We've been busy doing nothing, it seems. Reily is getting over a cold he's had all week, so he is finally in a good mood again!

Here are a few pics of our week...Reily loves to help Hans do projects around the house:
As you know, we are suckers for a bargain, so we've enjoyed shopping the after-Christmas sales. Reily enjoys all of the musical things at the stores...he was obsessed with this display at Target.
Reily is such a good helper! Without any prompting, he'll go to the pantry and take out the broom or the sweeper and start "cleaning" the floor. It's so cute...he's so proud of himself.

We went to our friends' house for New Year's Eve and had a great time. We put all of the kids to sleep in pack-and-plays upstairs and actually had a nice "adult" evening! We even stayed awake until way past midnight--unheard of! Of course, we remembered why we never stay up that late anymore when Reily woke us up at 6 AM on New Year's morning!
Not the best picture in the world...but hey, it was midnight and I had to document that I was actually awake to celebrate 2009!
