Hans and I went on a "Babymoon" a few weekends ago--we went up to Manitou Springs and stayed at the Cliff House Lodge while Reily stayed with Grandma and Grandpa Robinson! It was soooooo nice to get away for a night and it was the most relaxing time I've had in literally, 2 years. I forgot to take a picture of the Lodge until we were driving away...
We splurged and ordered room service...we've never had room service before, but it was fun and really yummy...and it didn't cost any more than eating in the restaurant!
It was hard to leave!
Here are some pics from visiting my grandparents...Reily loves to "drive" in their big box:
Yummy apple!
Walmart has become my least favorite place to go shopping with Reily. They have a game room/play area in the front, and whenever we get to the checkout, he sees it and immediately tries to run there. Of course, I have to try to restrain him while we checkout and pay, and it usually turns into a shrieking/wrestling match. Unfortunately, he's too young to understand that we'll go there as soon as we're done paying...so, it looks like I won't be doing any shopping on my own for awhile! At least he's a cutie...
I just think this pic is cute...Reily's pants were too big and he was low-riding...
On MLK Jr. Day we went to the National Western Stockshow and Rodeo in Denver--Reily LOVED it! He sat still for almost 1.5 hours watching the horses and animals and all of the events. It was fantastic!
Mutton Busting...when little kids ride on sheep. We're definitely going to get Reily into Mutton Busting once he's old enough! :)
Reily also like the petting zoo...
And he's starting to smile when he sees a camera! Shocking!
Don't worry, he wasn't kissing the sheep, he was just saying "Baa."
I realized I haven't posted a picture of Reily and his rocking horse...he loves this horse he got for Christmas! You press it's ear and it's tail wags and then it neighs. And boy can he ride it!
