We had a wonderful Christmas Eve…starting with our first time taking both boys sledding! We have a good hill by our house next to the school, and we headed over there Christmas Eve morning…Here are Reily and Daddy!

Hiking up the hill!
Reily going down on his own!

Getting a ride back up! Look at that smile!
Reily, mid-throw of a snowball that got Mommy!
Isaac and Daddy with the snow in their faces!
Daddy and his boys…such a fun morning!
After sledding we took showers and went up to Grandma Ellen and Grandpa Lee’s house…our happy little family:
Brothers…
Reily checking out the stockings…
Isaac and Grandpa Lee!
Opening presents! They are so blessed! And so are we!
Building a gingerbread house…
Then we went to church…they have a family service with live animals!
It was a fun service, but Reily got an allergic reaction to something and his eye started swelling, and let’s just say we were glad it was “kid friendly!”
Afterwards we went out to look at Christmas lights and saw a house on Elati that is always amazing, and this is the final year. It was packed!
Watching the choo-choo trains…Reily could have watched them forever!
Mommy and Isaac enjoying the lights!
Unfortunately the boys were so exhausted that they fell asleep on our way home, so we didn’t do any of our usual Christmas Eve traditions at home, but I guess when you have young children, you just have to go with the flow!
