Catching up...First Snow, Cheyenne Mtn. Zoo and Baby Cameron!

I haven't posted for awhile, but have been as busy as ever! Hans had last Friday off, since he changed his work schedule to have every other Friday off. It makes for very long days for him, but it's SOOOO great to have him home for three day weekends!

Friday also happened to be the first snow! November 14th...very late in the season! We had fun taking Reily around the backyard in the sled...Whoa! Slow this sled down!All bundled up!
We had brunch on Saturday and got a nice picture of my grandparents, Aunt Neeny and me and Reily...

Ellen's birthday was Sunday, so on Saturday after the brunch we went down with Lee and Ellen to the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo in Colorado Springs. It was awesome! We all agreed that our favorite part was feeding the giraffes. They sure liked Reily!

There was also a gorilla that really liked Reily and they sat on either side of the window and just watched each other for awhile...
Last night we went up to see my cousin Jenn, Sam and Sam's Mom, and of course--baby Cameron!!! He is such a sweetheart--he slept the entire time, just peeking open his eyes a few times to check us out. You may not think this is a major accomplishment for a 1 week old baby, but Reily was running all over the place, screeching, screaming and climbing...and Cameron was content as can be! It was great to be able to hold baby Cameron and feel his soft skin and hair! Reily seemed to be oblivious to him until the very end, and as we were about to walk out the door, Reily couldn't keep his eyes off of Cameron! It was so cute...I'm sure they'll be great friends!
