My cousin, Jenn and her husband Sam had their beautiful baby boy on Friday! Cameron Joseph was born at 3:41 PM weighing in at 8lbs. 6 oz. and 21 inches long (that's what you get when you go almost 2 weeks past your due date!) Hans and I were able to go to the hospital yesterday and hold him and he is SOOOOOO precious!! Of course, I forgot my camera, so I stole this picture from their blog for those of you who want to know what he looks like!! He was so sweet and alert, just looking around and turning towards his Mom and Dad's voices when he heard them talk...I could have held him all day!!
After our visit to meet Cameron, Hans and I still needed to get a baby fix, so we babysat Tori for a few hours. Reily and Tori were born 11 days apart to our best friends from college who live about 5 minutes away from us, and the kids are soooo different...but they play very well together and were both in bed by 8:30! Woo hoo!

Hans made the mistake of playing a "game" with the kids...he would throw this sticky ball thing up on the ceiling and it would stick. Normally we just have the kids wait until it falls down a few seconds later...but Hans made the mistake of picking Reily up and letting him pull it off the ceiling! After about half an hour of both kids wanting to repeatedly pull the ball off of the ceiling, we decided that was enough of that game and the ball somehow "disappeared!"
Ha ha...Reily got Tori's pacifier!! (He used to LOVE his pacifier, but he hasn't used one since he was 9 months old...Tori's pacifier was quite a temptation to him!)
Cuddle time! It sure looks like I can handle two kids...if I can handle two toddlers, then a toddler and a newborn shouldn't be that hard, right??

At breakfast this morning...eating in a big boy chair. He's begun to revolt against the highchair.

Oh my goodness, those pictures are SO cute! You handle 2 babies just FINE! Bring on baby #2!! By the way- your bump is so stinkin cute! I know it doesn't feel that way, but you are one cute momma!

Sorry I haven't emailed--been a little busy!!!! Thank you SOOO much for the cookies and the visit in the hospital. The cookies kept me sane while on hospital food, and I loved seeing you guys, it made me feel more normal! SO thank you, thank you, thank you!!
