Hans, Lisa, Reily, Isaac & Lucas: Family Time…

Our favorite part about vacation, of course, was spending time with family…seeing Hans’ Grandpa, aunts, uncles, and cousins. The boys absolutely loved Jo Jo Bob and playing with all of their cousins—it was so fun to see all of the kids interact and shows me the value of a large, close family!

Here’s Reily in the Crow’s Nest—the top part of the house that overlooks the forest. Hans used to sleep up here whenever he visited, and the boys thought it was a pretty cool hideout! :)

We also go to go to a few of cousin Shane and Soren’s baseball games! Hans’ cousin Laura, Uncle Dave, and Grandpa are all in this photo:

David, Charlie and Reily watched the game for a little while, but then wanted to go play! Here they are picking flowers (dandelions) for the mommies:

Little climbers! Now, over a month since we’ve been back, the boys will still ask to play with David, Cha-Cha, and Jor-ge. Ha! :)

Here’s a pic of cousin Soren pitching in the championship Little League game…he was the closer and I almost couldn’t contain myself with all of the excitement! (And no, he doesn’t have an extra set of legs…just a weird angle!)

Here’s a cute picture of us with Hans’ cousin Krista, husband Hans-Erik and George…I’m amazed we actually got all the kids to look at the camera!!

I had to include this picture Hans snapped of us snuggling in bed one morning. Or maybe I was asleep…we often had one of the kids in the bed with the two of us since they would wake up in the middle of the night and get scared…it was cozy! :)
