We spent a day in San Francisco, of course…it’s tradition!
First stop: In-N-Out. We actually ate there a few times on this trip, but this is the only picture I got!:)
This time we tried something new…Golden Gate Park (I think that’s the name?). The boys enjoyed the rock slide and the playground…
And the carousel! :) Daddy and Reily…
Isaac & Grandma…
4 amigos…
At the park…
And on to the Golden Gate Bridge! It was really windy and hazy, but the fog wasn’t terrible…
Reily got cold though…check out how he pulled the stroller visor over him to shield himself from the wind while we walked on the bridge!
I love my family!
Boys on the Bridge…
Pretty Grandma…
Awww…
At Pier 39 (I think that’s the number? I can’t remember…)
It was at this point in the trip that we realized our camera was definitely broken. The flash/auto focus wouldn’t work. But I took a picture any way to prove that we enjoyed our clam chowder out of a bread bowl! :) See how Hans looks cranky? I’m not sure if it’s because he was mad about the camera, or mad I kept snapping pictures of him when he wanted to eat his clam chowder… he he…
Mommy and the boys with Alcatraz in the background…
We were pretty disappointed that there weren’t a lot of sea lions around…there weren’t a lot in Santa Cruz either. Not sure why, but at least we saw a couple!
And then took our picture next to a statue of sea lions instead!
The boys thought the cable cars were pretty cool!
And of course, what trip to San Fran is complete without a trip to Ghirardelli for some ice cream!? Yummy!
All in all, a fun day! We didn’t do everything that’s normally on the San Francisco tour, but I guess that’s life with little kiddos! :) Next time I’ll be sure to wear some flowers in my hair…
