Isaac got his first haircut last week! As you can tell from the previous posts, his long blonde locks were getting really long! So, we got the suckers out, put on Baby Einstein and set out to not only give Isaac his first haircut, but also cut Reily and Hans’ hair too!
And I just realized that I never posted on here, but Isaac is walking!! He took his first steps on June 28, the day after Father’s Day! Now he’s practically running…it’s amazing how quickly they learn! He started walking at 14 months, 3 weeks (or just under 14 months in his “adjusted” age according to those therapists)…we didn’t get pictures of it, but Hans was home and saw it first, and then I saw him do it again later that night. We tried to get video, but Isaac was stubborn and refused to do anything but whine and cry as soon as the video camera turned on! :)
Okay…back to the haircut! Here’s the first snip!
First bit of hair! It went straight into a baggy to be placed in his baby book!
Keeping these boys still is the challenge!

Just kidding! No, we did not leave him with the baby mullet…though we did keep it for a bit and laugh at him as he stared at us with this bewildered look on his face…
I didn’t get a great shot of the actual finished product, but trust me, he’s a cutie pie!
And Reily took a picture of me and daddy as I was cutting his hair…
